Sal’s passion for outdoor pursuits and adventure travel, her degree in Adventure Tourism Management and many years’ working in the outdoor and travel industries bring a wide range of skills and experiences to the AE HQ team.

An endurance sport enthusiast, she can regularly be found running up big hills and getting muddy in the middle of nowhere, training for her next triathlon or ultramarathon, or walking in the forest with her two border collies.
